Our stay at the Eolian Milazzo Hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The standout feature that truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional staff. Not only were they welcoming and friendly, but their command of English made communication effortless. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of fantastic, tending to our every need with a genuine warmth and attentiveness that left a lasting impression. The rooms at the Eolian Milazzo Hotel were a true testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. Immaculately clean and impeccably maintained, our accommodations provided us comfort and relaxation. From the luxurious bedding to the modern amenities, every detail was thoughtfully curated to create a haven that we could return to. The view from our room was breathtaking. The panoramic vista of the marina and mountains were beautiful and surreal. The hotel's prime location was another highlight of our stay. A short to the vibrant heart of the city center, where there were plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops waiting making our trip it all the more enjoyable. For families, the Eolian Milazzo Hotel was the offers an added bonus of pools. Our children were in their element, thoroughly enjoying the well-maintained pools. The opportunity to unwind and splash around after a day of sightseeing added an extra layer of fun and relaxation. In conclusion, the Eolian Milazzo Hotel has truly raised the bar when it comes to exceptional hospitality and unforgettable experiences. From the exceptional staff who made us feel like welcomed guests, to the pristine rooms, awe-inspiring views, and convenient location, every aspect of our stay was designed to perfection. This is the perfect place to stay if you’re in Milazzo and about to visit the aeolian islands. The view from the hotel sea view rooms is stunning, and the location is a 4 minute walk down to the main square. The rooms were OK, beds were not comfortable and the bathrooms are dark. Breakfast was decent, staff are friendly and the pool areas are also nice. There are also people that live on the same premises as the hotel, so it can get noisy with children around at the second pool.

We don’t drive, the hotel is at a remote location and we decided for this one for a specific reason: it supposedly offered a free transfer to milazzo harbour and to the main shopping mall. Also because, even though remote, it had an amazing pool area with a bar, and a highly rated restaurant. As soon as we arrived we noticed the huge sign by the door saying the pool area would be closed and would only open in August!!!! We double checked with them and they confirmed it would only open in August - we said we booked the hotel specially for the pool area and they didn’t seem to understand it - they have few staff that steaks English. When confirming with them about the transfer, they say it doesn’t exist, they don’t offer any transfers to the town centre or anywhere. Shockingly!!! Can you imagine the frustration at this point!!! On the breakfast they would offer espressos and cappuccinos to the Italian customers and would not even greet us or offer us coffee, we had to help ourselves with the watery filtered coffee they would leave at the buffet, the food was good, loads of fruits, some bread, ham, cheese, etc - but there isn’t hot food. The highly acclaimed restaurant was closed every day. The rooms were huge and very well maintained, with air con and amazing view!

My wife Emma and myself stayed overnight in preparation for boarding a CLC Yacht in the harbour the next day for a tour of the Aolian Islands and we wanted to feel refreshed and chilled before getting onboard. We had a superior room with a spectacular view overlooking the pool and the harbour, the room was really well equipped including a large double jacuzzi bath, balcony and large double bed and of course air conditioning (essential). On arrival we were met by Rosalina who was on reception and who could not have done more to welcome us, she explained about the restaurant and bar in the hotel and also recommended some good local restaurant's close by, she was Italian but spoke excellent English. We used the larger outdoor swimming pool to relax for the afternoon as they serve food and drinks and it was beautiful. The following morning we had our free breakfast which was continetal style but a perfect start to the day before lounging by the other pool for the rest of the day and then joining our yacht. Fantastic hotel, very smart but not pompous, and really well run, a delight to stay at for couples of families, highly recommended.
